We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. Customers have the right to apply for a warranty claims within 1 year after the receipt of the product.
Warranty Claim Process
To start a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with product problems. Our customer service will respond to your claim in 24hours.
Please follow our warranty process carefully to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your order number and product.
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Offer us some images or a video marking out the problem(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
NOTE:
You need to offer some clear images or a video showing the product problem. Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).
What's covered?
Bluealth's warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations:this unit must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the instructions furnished with the product. Any alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
What's NOT covered?
- Improper use or installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes and similar
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
- Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
What will Bluealth do?
Within the warranty, Bluealth will offer replacements for the defective units, or send spare parts if necessary on our cost.
